Procedure of the ‘Talking Books’ event:
A. The ‘Talking Books’ volunteers’ proforma, will be available on the its Website for the people of community both in and outside RLK Group interested to share their life stories, suffering, odds of life, difficulties and finally their achievement/s, etc., by giving a particular name to the story (book), however, one person can give maximum three books (life stories). However, promulgation of political, sectarian, religious views or discrimination against any caste or creed, gender, cannot be the topic of ‘Talking Books’.
B. Similarly, proforma for volunteers (readers) will also be available on the Website and these readers (audience) could be from schools, colleges, university students, teachers, professionals, and other community members from in and outside RLK Group.
C. The venue of the ‘Talking Books’ event will be decided by the volunteer (Talking Books) which could be at RLK Group or any other place of volunteer’s choice. The RLK Group will be responsible to take the audience (readers) to the mutually agreed upon place in case the venue is outside RLK Group.
D. The management team will also share an undertaking, to seek consent, with the ‘Talking Books’ to upload the gist of their stories on the ‘Talking Books’ website.
