Any unwelcome Conduct, Verbal or Physical, towards a Student because of his / her Age, Educational Level, Marital Status, National / Ethnic Origin, Gender, Creed, Caste, Color, Religion, Disability, Gender Identity or any other reason, when such Conduct creates an Intimidating, Hostile or Offensive Learning Environment. The RLKU/RLMC recognizes that a Safe and Respectful environment is Important to Address concerns related to Harassment. The CWC provides Confidential, Appointment-Based Services to all Students who are affected by Harassment (Verbal or Physical), Violence, Interpersonal Violence and stalking.
