Joins Rashid Latif Khan University, Lahore as Pro-Vice-Chancellor. Prof. Rukhsana Kausar is a renowned Academician, Researcher & Administrator. Prof. Rukhsana Kausar has served as Vice Chancellor of two public sector Universities of Pakistan i.e. GC Women University, Sialkot, and Lahore College for Women University. She is PhD & Post Doctorate from the University of Surrey, London, UK.
