Throughout his career, he has held key leadership positions including Director Student Affairs, Director ORIC, Director Academics, and roles in operations and human resource management. Dr. Qaiser has extensive experience in academic administration, student affairs, institutional development, and policy formulation. His professional journey reflects a commitment to strengthening governance structures, enhancing student engagement, and promoting institutional excellence. In addition to his administrative roles, he is actively engaged in research, particularly in the field of Human Resource Management, with a focus on emerging trends such as Human–AI collaboration and its impact on organizational performance. As Registrar, he is dedicated to ensuring efficient academic processes, regulatory compliance, and fostering a supportive environment for students, faculty, and stakeholders.
