The Faculty of Nursing at RLKU prepares nurses to be leaders who are encouraged to explore and participate in life-long learning. With the strenuous efforts of our amazing faculty members, our students are prepared to become practice and health system leaders, change agents, and nurse scientists, as well as to join others in fighting for health as a fundamental right. To encourage the growth of introspective and socially aware future leaders in the nursing profession, our programs offer rich experiential learning settings and employ transformational teaching methodologies. Through quality patient care in nursing practice, research, teaching, and policy, the department of Nursing at RLKU is dedicated to achieving health for everyone.

HOD's Message:

We at the Department of Nursing, RLKU, feel that nursing is an essential element of the healthcare profession and that nursing is a rapidly expanding profession that retains its dignity in all aspects. The faculty here thrives on developing nurses who are equipped to provide holistic nursing care and are valuable members of the health team. Looking ahead, the Department of Nursing is committed to maintaining its top-notch level in the field of Nursing education. Every year the Department of Nursing produces intelligent, clinically competent, efficient, and professional nurses.
