Our highly qualified team and educational facility strives to achieve this goal through a wide range of research initiatives focusing on medical nutrition therapy, applied dietetics, nutritional epidemiology, nutrition and metabolism, nutritional biochemistry, public health nutrition, nutrition education and counseling, and nutrition throughout lifecycle. The department offers programs that provide a theoretical and practical framework to comprehend the fundamentals of nutrition for a broader implementation of nutritional strategies at a local, national, and global level. Our main objective is to graduate our students as professionals in the field of nutrition and dietetics who continue to develop their competencies in the light of scientific studies and who are accepted in national and international professional platforms within the framework of professional codes of conduct.
