- Dr. Pinkish Zahra is an Assistant Professor of English and Head of Student Affairs at Rashid Latif Khan University (RLKU), Lahore. She holds a PhD in English Literature from Government College University Faisalabad, with research specializing in contemporary South Asian literature, postcolonial studies, cultural identity, migration, and urban literary spaces. Dr. Zahra brings a diverse portfolio of experience spanning higher education teaching, research, student engagement, and academic administration. Prior to joining RLKU, she served in academic and leadership positions at leading universities in Pakistan, including MY University Islamabad, the University of Wah, and Government College University Faisalabad. Her scholarly contributions include numerous publications in peer-reviewed, HEC-recognized journals, addressing themes such as transculturalism, migration, postcolonial identity, psychoanalytic criticism, and literary representations of culture and space. She has also presented her research at national and international academic conferences. Dr. Zahra has gained international research experience through appointments as a Research Fellow at Tufts University, USA, and a Research Associate at Harvard University, USA. At RLKU, she is committed to advancing academic excellence, promoting student leadership, and creating transformative learning experiences that support students' personal, professional, and intellectual growth.
